EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange from the date of delivery. Reverse pickup is available in select pin codes. If the courier partner is unable to complete the pickup after two attempts, you will need to ship the product back to our address manually.
Important Guidelines:
- Products must be returned in the original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
- Exchanges will not be accepted for items that are worn, washed, damaged, or returned in poor condition.
- Each order is eligible for one-time exchange or return only. Once exchanged, the product cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Self-Shipping Note:
Please ensure the package is securely packed with your ORDER ID and REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER clearly mentioned on the package. Products must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once the product is received and passes quality checks (within 48 hours of delivery), INR 100 (as courier reimbursement) will be refunded:
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to your bank account.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, it will be transferred to your UPI or bank via a payout link.
⚠️ We recommend using India Post’s Speed Post or any local courier. Reimbursement is capped at INR 100, so please ensure your courier cost does not exceed this amount.
REFUND POLICY FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS
Orders placed during promotions such as BOGO (Buy One Get One), Buy 2 Get 1 Free, or similar offers including free items are not eligible for refunds. However, you may request an exchange.
Note: Free products may not always be available during exchanges. In such cases, customer support will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement.
SELF-SHIPPING FOR NON-SERVICEABLE AREAS
If reverse pickup is not available in your location:

- Ensure secure packaging with ORDER ID and REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER mentioned.
- Once received and verified, your refund will include the full amount paid + INR 100 as courier reimbursement (same conditions as above for prepaid and COD).
⚠️ Only INR 100 will be reimbursed for courier charges, so we advise using Speed Post or a cost-effective courier.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Each order qualifies for one exchange or return only.
- Once exchanged, no further return/exchange is allowed for that product.
- Ensure your bank/UPI details are correctly shared. We are not responsible for errors in the customer-provided details.
- If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery notification.

This facility is available within India only.
In case of cancellation, rejection, or non-acceptance of the order by the customer, this partial payment is non-refundable.
A non-refundable facilitation fee of INR 79 is charged by the courier partner for COD orders.
